Nature's Classroom: Call For Chaperones - Urgent

6th Grade Families,

If you are interested in being a chaperone, please fill out this form.
We need 2 chaperones for the girls' dorm and 3 for the boys' dorm.
This trip is only possible with all the required chaperones.

We need chaperones to make the 6th grade Nature's Classroom trip happen. We are in need of the following:

3 Overnight Chaperones Wednesday (9/23) & Thursday (9/24) Night - Boys Dorm
2 Overnight Chaperones Wednesday (9/23) & Thursday (9/24) Night - Girls Dorm

Nature's Classroom information night is booked. It will be held Thursday, September 10 at 6 pm in the Shaw cafeteria. A representative from Nature's Classroom will be here along with some of our school staff.

Pricing is as follows:

Overnight: $300
Extended Day: $215
Days: $70

You may submit forms and payment at any time. Please note that you must complete multiple forms. Hard copies are available in the office.

All 4 forms must be completed and turned in to the school office before SEPTEMBER 10th
