Dear Parent(s)/Guardians,

This year, we are pleased to announce that four dates are available for Student-Led Conferences. We will be using ParentSquare to schedule conferences.  If you do not have a ParentSquare account yet, please sign up for one using the information provided here.

The dates and times of our Student-Led Conferences are listed below. The scheduling window will open on Monday, November 10th, at 6:00 pm and close on Friday, November 28th, at 9:00 pm.  Please sign up for only one 10-minute block with your child's teachers.  All conferences will take place in person this year at Shaw.

Student-Led Conferences Dates & Times

• Monday, December 1st -2:45-3:25 

• Wednesday, December 3rd - 12:15-6:45 

• Thursday, December 4th -12:15-2:35

• Wednesday, December 10th - 2:45-3:15

An email address is required to sign up.  You will receive a message from your child’s teacher with a link to sign up.  

Conference slots will only be created for classroom and special education teachers.  If you would like to schedule a meeting with your child's Unified Arts Teachers(s), please email them directly to arrange a time.
