6th Grade Families,

This year’s Nature’s Classroom trip will take place from September 24–26, 2025. To ensure every student has the opportunity to participate, we are offering three program options:

• Overnight Program $350
  • Depart: Wednesday, Sept. 24 at 8:30 AM
  • Return: Friday, Sept. 26 at 1:30 PM
  • Includes lodging and all meals
• Day Program $120
  • Depart: 8:30 AM | Return: 1:30 PM daily (Students will use their regular transportation to and from school)
  • Includes lunch
• Extended Day Program $265
  • Depart: 8:30 AM | Return: approx. 9:15 PM daily (bus departs Charlton at 8:45 PM (Transportation home is NOT provided, student must be picked up at Shaw)
  • Includes lunch and dinner

Additional Details

• Forms can be accessed here.
• Students may take the bus to/from school each day and will have breakfast at Shaw.
• Limited financial assistance is available. If needed, please don't hesitate to contact Mr. Tuccio.
• Final payment is due by September 10.
  • Payment plans and additional arrangements can be made upon request.
  • Full balance payments are accepted at any time.
• Checks should be made payable to Millbury Public Schools.

Medical Information
A nurse will be on-site for the entire duration of the trip.

Informational Meeting
An informational session will be held on Thursday, September 4, from 6:00 to 6:45 PM in the Shaw cafeteria.
Both guardians and students are encouraged to attend. A representative from Nature’s Classroom will also be present.

Forms and payments are currently being accepted in the Shaw main office.
